At The La, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
